How to use blood pressure monitor

1.Please sit vertically and relax you body at least 5-10 minutes,plug the air tube and USB
Cable or Inser 4*AAA batteries

2.According to the figure,take off the thicker clothes of the measured arm,Arms up,flat on the
table,Wear the cuff to 2-3cm of the upper arm

3.Sit in a chair and relax with the center of the cuff at the same height as the heart,wait for a minutes
and it will come out the result immediately

4.Selecting the user,press the START/STOP to start measurement,and it will finish the whole
measurement for the selected use

Precautions for using the electronic blood pressure monitor

1, if you have just completed running, swimming, hiking and other strenuous activities

can not immediately use the electronic blood pressure monitor for blood pressure measurement,

at least 10 minutes of rest before proceeding.

2, when measuring pay attention to the correct posture, to ensure that the whole body and

mind are in a relaxed state. Breathe normally during the measurement and try not to talk.

3,The height of the cuff should be at the same level as the height of the heart when measuring,

not too high or too low.

4. Bare your arms during the measurement. If you are wearing long-sleeved clothes, do not pile

up the sleeves on the upper part of your arms to avoid squeezing and affecting the measurement results.

5, each measurement, repeat three times to take the average, in order to obtain more accurate

measurement results. Among them, the interval between two measurements of blood pressure

should not be less than 3 minutes, and the site and body position should be unified.

6, in terms of timing, it is best to arrange the measurement in the morning within one hour after waking up,

and in the evening before going to bed.
